As long as your order has not been processed or shipped, you can modify or cancel it by e-mail at info@gomat.ca. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed or shipped, you will not be able to modify or cancel it.

You can access your account at any time by clicking on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page and after entering your personal details.

After shipment, a tracking number will be provided, allowing you to follow the progress of your order in real time. If you have a problem with your tracking, please contact our customer service department at info@gomat.ca.
